The information we collect will vary depending on the type of relationship we have with you. Without this information we may not be able to properly manage your relationship with us. For example for customers we may not be able to provide you with our products or services (or with all of the features and functionality offered by our products or services) or to respond to queries or requests that you submit to us. And for job applicants, we may not be able to properly consider your job application.

In some cases the people to whom we disclose your personal information may be located overseas and may be subject to different privacy regimes. This includes international consultants and technology providers that provide services for our business. These service providers have operations in the US, the Netherlands and other countries outside Australia. We will never sell your personal information to any third party.

We try to meet the highest standards in order to protect your privacy. Complaints must be lodged in writing. We will deal with the matter within a reasonable time, and will keep you informed of the progress of our investigation.
